We also boast a number of Japanese and native English-speaking attorneys and specialists to support our international clientele. Thanks to our interdisciplinary teamwork, we have an overview of the entire spectrum of IP rights and the legal possibilities of the individual fields of law, such as patent, trademark and design law, to create a powerful and successful prosecution and litigation strategy covering the entire spectrum of IP protection.
We are committed to informing our clients, business partners and employees regularly and accurately about the latest developments in IP rights. We regularly offer and hold external seminars, internal training, lectures and newsletters written by renowned experts in their field to provide you with all important decisions in the German and European IP arena and how this affects immediate and future practices.
