LASVET Patendibüroo OÜ was established in 1992, simultaneously with the restoration of the industrial property legal protection system in Estonia.
LASVET currently employs 9 qualified attorneys who offer a full range of services in industrial property matters. Our area of expertise includes but is not limited to: patents/inventions and utility models, trademarks, industrial designs, domain names, geographical indications, unfair competition, etc.
During our 20 years of practice we have gathered noteworhy experience in representing clients before the Estonian Patent Office, the Estonian Industrial Property Board of Appeal and in litigation plus enforcement cases in courts. We also represent clients daily before OHIM (Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market), EPO (European Patent Office), customs offices, etc.
In litigation and enforcement matters our team is entitled to and represents clients before administrative bodies as well as Estonia’s first and second court instances. In complex cases we co-operate with advocates from leading local law offices in order to achieve the best possible results for our clients. Furthermore, thanks to our foreign colleagues and partners we are able to protect the rights of our clients in basically any country of interest.
