Registration of industrial designs in Belarus – Every company that owns an industrial design and intends to expand its business in the Belarus market should use the Belarus intellectual property system. An industrial design application in Belarus requesting the right of priority must be filed within 6 months from the priority date. This term can be restored within two months from the lapsed term.
